Clipping Path Service with Pen Tool

What clipping path means?

Clipping path service means cutting off the other objects. It simply removes the outlined objects or keeps the outlined subjects. It erases the background as well. The pen tool is used to outline these objects and subjects. You can use it in Photoshop. It simply outlines the object and the subject to separate both and makes a transparent background which can be changed into a new background.

Where clipping path is needed?

Background Removal- Clipping path is especially needed to cut off the background. When you think the background is not suiting product you can easily change it. Firstly you have to make the background transparent by unlocking the layers and deleting the background layer, create a new layer to set the new background. You will see the transparent after the layer is deleted.
Image masking- when the images have the hair or fur then the masking is used but if the body is straight and has curves and lines that is hard and needs no softening then the clipping path is used. You can use it for the lengthy lines.

Shadow drop- it actually doesn’t use directly but some parts may need to cut off and add with a new shadow just get that natural look. Everything has shadows, and what doesn’t have is not real.
Ghost Mannequin- It totally depends on the clipping path; you will need to select the mannequin to detach it from the body of the product which is exposed in the image. Hidden part is hidden by the product itself and so it doesn’t need it. After doing it you can also change the background if you desire, which is also done with clipping path.

Multi-clipping path- It is the same process but with some extra work. When the image has more than one object or subject then it is edited with the multi-clipping path.

  6. Clipping path is generally used when the subject of the image has sharp, smooth edges. This allows the clipping path to stay straight. A poorly drawn clipping path can result in images that don't look real or natural.
